To create a website, Which support tools are used ?
Group 1 • Editor web pages than Microsoft Frontpage (such as NVU, or Macromedia Dreamweaver. • PERL • PHP • JSP / Java servlets • MySQL • Application content Management System (CMS) that uses PHP and MySQL (like Joomla, Mambo, Wordpress, Drupal, Oscommerce, ZenCart, etc.)

If the programs and applications used in building a website is a group 1, you need a Linux web server, if the program you use most are listed in groups 2, you should choose Windows web hosting in 2003.
You might think that because you are using a windows computer to create a website, then you also have to choose Windows hosting server. This is not true. You can choose Linux servers, although the computer you use at home or office to create a web site running Windows XP for example. Thus, a good reason to choose between Linux servers or Windows servers is that the application you use to build the website.
For example, if your web site use Microsoft applications such as ASP, VBScript, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Access, then you should choose your hosting company that provides the Windows server. Similarly, if you use Microsoft Frontpage to design the website, the specific functions of your website will be optimized to work if your web site on Windows hosting.
If your website is made with the web editor other than FrontPage, we strongly recommend that you choose the Linux server as a server for hosting options. This is because Linux is an operating system that has proven reliable and more stable today.
